We are looking for a manager to run our Party and Event store. We need a high motivated and motivating individual that has a positive attitude. Job includes having up to 5 subordinates. Must have high quality customer service skills. Must have the ability to keep others on task and time management skills. Quick learner on POS systems. Understand needs for customer events and time needed for setup and tear down.

1.) Customer Service, help customers setup events and provide them with all need items and services needed for their event.

2.) Plan and calculate out all delivery/pickup times.

3.) Prepare for weeks reservations and following weeks reservations.

4.) Double check all order quantities for all orders.

5.) Keep warehouse/delivery workers on task.

6.) Be sure store/warehouse are in orderly, clean and organized.

1.) 3-5 Years of customer service experience.

2.) 1+ Years of party rental experience.

3.) Associates/technical degree or higher.

4.) Point of Sales experience.

5.) 1+ Years of Management experience.

6.) Ability to motivate subordinates.

7.) Assign task to subordinates.

8.) Work with owner on hiring and reviews for subordinates.
