Description Role Overview We are hiring Administrative Care Team Representatives to manage highvolume inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role is essential to delivering a positive customer experience and supporting daily operations. You will answer phones, assist with customer inquiries, perform general administrative tasks, and handle data and order entry. Success in this role requires a personable, reliable individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage highvolume inbound calls and assist returning customers with program questions, payments, service estimates, and account needs. * Address billing questions and process credit/debit payments. * Complete accurate order entry, data entry, scheduling, and record updates. * Send emails, handle invoicing, and maintain customer files. * Make outbound followup calls as needed. * Support daily office functions and routine administrative tasks. Call Volume Expectations * Teamwide during busy season: up to 200 calls/day * Individual average: 30-40 calls/day * Peak season: midMarch to midMay Required Skills * Customer service * Microsoft Office * Data entry * Customer support * Scheduling/coordination Top Skills Customer service, Microsoft Office, data entry Qualifications MustHaves: * Customer service experience * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation) * High school diploma Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barrington, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
