The HR Contact Center and Transactions Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services, driving continuous improvement in processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role involves overseeing project initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and architecting innovative and scalable solutions to drive productivity and efficiency. Lead the HR Contact Center and Transactions team to deliver exceptional HR services with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. The manager drives performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), leads and develops a high-performing team, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the human resources field required.

Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a human resource service center required.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a specialty within HR required.

Case management and resolving complex HR issues experience required.

Experience with HR systems and reporting.

Experience in training and team development. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Education:

High School Diploma required.

Degree in Business or related field preferred

Licensures/Certifications:

N/A
