This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsible for the delivery of a product or service, including managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, and budget associated with that product or service. Works on multiple projects, each of which represents a single, focused piece of work with a specific scope, timeline, and defined output. Project success is measured by providing the desired deliverables and outputs within the specified timeframe and budget while also aligning with broader organization objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Oversees, plans, monitors, manages risks, and allocates resources for multiple assigned projects from conception through implementation.
  • Establishes and applies project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and business expectations.
  • Performs data collection and analysis to inform project progress and drive projects forward.
  • Tracks costs, performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Communicates and coordinates with other project stakeholders to ensure the timely achievements of project objectives are within budget and established parameters for success.
  • Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.
  • Gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Performs other duties as requested

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Effective critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or similiar type degree.

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Project management 2-3+ years with hardware and/or software related projects

Preferred Experience

2+ years with JIRA

2+ years creating PPoint presentations

Working Conditions

Office environment (four days onsite/one day remote)

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
