What We DoThe Division Sales VP will develop and implement strategic objectives which drive revenue generation and market share for assigned division. Responsibilities range from overseeing the daily activities of and motivating the sales team to managing large clients. Optimize sales process and tactics, define strategy, and close business.

Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of market and knowledge of competitive products.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
  • Motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic sales plans in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives, align sales goals with company sales
  • and financial objectives.
  • Prepare fiscal strategic plans, budgets, and detailed sales forecasts.
  • Effectively creates and delivers group and individual presentations to customer groups, senior management, and other
  • internal groups/teams.
  • Establishes and oversees the implementation of key metrics designed to measure department and individual team
  • performance.
  • Oversees the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale,
  • productivity, and discipline.
  • May partner with other business units/product lines to cross sell products and services.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years demonstrated experience managing complex cross functional units or groups
  • Previous experience effectively creating and executing on strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated success with meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring
  • results, and appropriately allocating resources
  • Ability to mentor, and trains sales team to increase overall effectiveness and professional development.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
  • Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations
  • Solid problem solving, analytical, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Outstanding client service skills.
  • Demonstrates proactive management style as well as keen business acumen.
  • Flexibility with travel and work various hours.
Pay Range: $197,200.00 - $263,000.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
