Product Designer - Specialized 4 (Accessories/Bags)

We're seeking a talented Product Designer specializing in bags/accessories for a 7-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. This is an incredible opportunity to lend your expertise to a critical project, directly impacting the creation of innovative and functional accessories that empower individuals in their daily lives and athletic pursuits. You'll be instrumental in transforming visionary concepts into tangible, high-quality products, contributing to a legacy of design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior designers on specialized accessory projects.
• Provide essential support in the development and refinement of various accessories, including backpacks, tote bags, and duffle bags.
• Contribute innovative design ideas and apply in-depth knowledge of accessory construction.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications and production-ready tech packs. *
• Focus on the technical implementation and execution of design concepts, ensuring product integrity and functionality.

Qualiifications

• A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in accessory creation, technical design, and detailed tech packs.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accessory design.
• Background in fashion design or performance-oriented product development.
• Profound technical knowledge of accessory construction principles and manufacturing processes. *
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret and implement existing design ideas and concepts.
• Experience with 3D modeling software for product visualization is preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced design software for rapid design representation and material visualization is preferred.
• Prior experience working with a leading global brand in the athletic or fashion industry is preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.00 to $56.67per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
