Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the Contract Admin team. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize, and take initiative.

Key Qualifications

* 2+ years working in business affairs at an agency, in business/legal affairs at a major studio/network/streaming service, or at an entertainment law firm.

* Team player with collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.

* Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to review and summarize contractual terms.

* Tech savvy with ability to learn and use new software tools.

* Curiosity and eagerness to tackle additional projects as needed and proactively identify areas of opportunity.

* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Experience supporting multiple executives with a high-volume of projects.

* Ability to organize and prioritize a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

* High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals and highly confidential information.

Description



  • Track payment requests and milestones using document management system.
  • Send out and track start paperwork and facilitate payment setups.
  • Act as internal and external point-of-contact for payment related questions.
  • Maintain and update electronic project files.
  • Track term deal expiration and renewal dates.


Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.
