Equipment Operator

Position Overview: The Compact Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of compact equipment, including Water Trucks, Skid Steers, Mini-Excavators, and Haul Trucks to ensure efficient and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or landscaping and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Schedule: 7am-3pm; Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Water Truck for dust control and site hydration.
• Skillfully operate Skid Steer and Mini-Excavator for site preparation, material handling, and excavation.
• Safely operate Haul Truck to transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to execute project plans effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Compact Equipment Operator or similar role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
