What you will do:

We are seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented Sales Intelligence Analyst to design and deliver commercial analytics that drive strategy, performance, and behavior across our global organization. In this role, you will create scalable tools, generate meaningful insights, and partner closely with leadership to accelerate commercial impact. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Design, develop, and deploy commercial analytics tools that support strategic initiatives across the Global Commercial team.

  • Lead and support change management efforts tied to new tools, processes, and systems

  • Query and model data from Snowflake and other sources to support both ongoing and ad hoc business needs.

  • Analyze business performance and market trends, delivering insights that shape action plans and support annual targets.

  • Provide clear, concise insights to regional teams and stakeholders across the business.

  • Expand and enhance self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

How You Will Do It:

  • Apply strong analytical and strategic thinking to refine questions, frame business needs, and guide decisions with data.

  • Use advanced Power BI development skills to translate complex data into intuitive, action-oriented dashboards.

  • Leverage SQL and Snowflake expertise to quickly pull data for ad hoc requests

  • Communicate complex technical insights in clear, business-friendly language to influence decisions at all levels.

  • Utilize strong business acumen to ensure analytics align with commercial objectives and long-range goals.

  • Build strong partnerships across functional groups, regions, and leadership teams to ensure analytics drive real outcomes.

  • Bring creativity, resourcefulness, and a self-motivated approach to solving problems and advancing analytics maturity.

What We Look For:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

  • 3+ years of experience with a BI platform (Power BI strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake

Preferred

  • Strong Power BI development skills and experience building scalable dashboards

  • Strong ETL and data modeling capabilities, including comfort with Excel, SQL, and data transformation

  • Solid understanding of business performance KPIs and commercial levers

  • Ability to influence and support change across diverse teams

  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Creative, ethical, self-driven, and disciplined approach to work

This role is designated as hybrid and is based at our Glendale, WI office.

  • External candidates: Must work in a hybrid schedule from the Glendale office.

  • Internal JCI employees from other U.S. JCI locations are welcome to apply. If selected, the role must be performed on a hybrid schedule from a U.S. JCI office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
