Due to the upcoming retirement of our current VP of Deposit Operations, we are seeking new leadership for this well-established department. With the support of five direct reports, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing all Deposit Operations functions, including Teller systems, ACH, Remote Deposit, Mobile Deposit, Debit Card Disputes and Risk Alerts, Online Banking Transfers, BillPay, Check clearings, Rejects, Returns, Stop Payments, Positive Pay, Adjustments, Entries, Fraud Investigations, Balancing, and Reconcilements. Essential Functions Department operations Department leadership Communication, collaboration, and support of PWSB initiatives Deposit systems and software administration Reporting and data management Vendor and third-party management Customer support What We're Looking For Strong understanding of deposit operations functions, systems, and products Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments within the organization Minimum 5 years of banking or financial services experience (management, deposit operations/branch operations) A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ready to join a company that has been trusted for generations?
