The Opportunity The Executive Assistant DAT provides comprehensive support to the company's executive team, including the CEOand other key leaders. The Executive Assistant is an essential bridge between the executives and various departments, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring efficient operations. For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $126,000. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer. For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $83,000 - $110,000 target bonus. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
