The Sr. Recruiting Consultant Search is responsible for performing recruiting functions to ensure that well-qualified candidates are available for position openings. Conducts phone screenings, evaluates providers credentials, and provides lists of candidates to sales consultants and clients for further consideration. Enters CV, inquiry, and referral information into the recruiting database, sends and receives credentialing packets, and tracks providers files to ensure accurate and complete information. Maintains professional relations with providers, clients, and team. Keeps managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities.

Overview

The Senior Recruiting Search Consultant is responsible for delivering highquality recruiting services within an assigned territory. This role requires strong communication, sales ability, relationshipbuilding, and a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing and locum tenens industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, selfmotivated, and skilled at managing a consistent book of business while upholding company values and standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to use computerbased tracking systems efficiently.

  • Strong negotiating, closing, and objectionhandling skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain a book of business at a senior recruiting level.

  • Creativity in sourcing and identifying new providers.

  • Consistently demonstrates company values and professional ethics.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare staffing and locum tenens industry.

  • Familiarity with Jackson & Coker's sales processes and best practices.

  • Solid understanding of inside sales strategies and techniques.

Education, Licensure & Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Successful completion of the company's sales training program.

Experience

  • 1+ years of sales and/or agency recruiting experience in a goaldriven environment preferred but not required.

  • Experience in phonebased sales preferred but not required.
