Who We Are
We're building a modern, data driven Compensation function that equips leaders with insights, tools, and frameworks to make confident, equitable, and strategic talent decisions. Our team blends deep technical skill with fresh thinking and cross functional partnership -and we 're looking for someone who 's excited to help us raise the bar even higher.
If you love solving compensation puzzles, enjoy connecting dots across data, people, and strategy, and are energized by helping organizations evolve how they think about pay-this role was designed for you.
We're also exploring how AI and emerging technologies can modernize the compensation experience-automating routine tasks, elevating analytical insights, and improving how leaders interact with compensation programs. You won't do this alone, but we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, fluency with new tools, and a desire to help us discover what's possible.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and evolving our U.S. and global compensation programs. You'll partner closely with HR, leaders across the business, and cross functional teams to create compensation solutions that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.
As our international footprint expands-currently Canada, the Philippines, and India, with expected growth into Australia and the UK-you will help us think intentionally about how our programs should operate outside the U.S. and where global alignment or regional flexibility is needed.
This is a high visibility, high impact role for someone who wants to go beyond operational excellence and help shape how we approach compensation across the company.
What You'll Do Be a Strategic Partner
  • Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation decisions rooted in data, market insights, and internal equity.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations leaders can trust.
  • Support compensation strategies that help attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Design & Evolve Compensation Programs
  • Contribute to the design and administration of base pay, annual salary review, incentives, equity, and sales compensation programs.
  • Support executive compensation workstreams-including materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee.
  • Participate in compensation benchmarking studies, competitive analyses, and survey submissions.
  • Support the evolution of our global compensation framework, ensuring our programs remain competitive, culturally appropriate, and scalable as our international footprint grows.
Lead Analytical Work that Drives Decisions
  • Build models, reports, and insights to support compensation initiatives and special projects.
  • Evaluate market trends, internal job relationships, grade alignment, and emerging pay practices.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve speed, accuracy, and insight generation across compensation processes.
Support Sales Compensation Programs
  • Provide analytical and coordination support across Sales leadership, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
  • Ensure timely, accurate distribution of incentive plan documents.
Strengthen Our Compensation Infrastructure
  • Maintain compensation tools, systems, and market data sources.
  • Contribute to compensation communications, job aids, and resources that make pay easier to understand.
  • Monitor regulatory or market changes and help shape program adjustments.
  • Experiment with new technologies, including AI enabled tools, that can automate workflows, enhance modeling, or elevate the employee and manager compensation experience.
Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Look for ways to streamline processes, strengthen governance, and elevate how we partner with the business.
  • Bring curiosity, new thinking, and a modern perspective to everything you touch.
  • Help us challenge old assumptions and explore innovative approaches to compensation design, technology, and globalization.
What You Bring: Required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in complex, multistakeholder environments.
  • Strong knowledge across base pay, incentives, equity, and/or sales compensation.
  • Advanced analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets fluency; comfortable modeling, pricing, and storytelling with data.
  • Experience supporting executive compensation and/or leadership level materials.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, visual, and verbal.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort working with technology and a willingness to learn and apply new tools, including AI enabled capabilities, to improve compensation practices.
Preferred
  • Experience with global compensation practices or supporting programs in multiple countries.
  • Exposure to data visualization or BI tools.
  • Experience using AI or automation to improve HR or compensation processes.
  • Experience in the technology sector or other fast scaling environments.
