Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst. Have you worked in a large matrix organization, building and analyzing to improve efficiency and scale of marketing teams? The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple services. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in CRM issue/crisis analysis for marketing operations and execution. You have experience in online services (SAAS) and are comfortable with subscription-based services at scale. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business processes and CRM platform needs by identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Responsibilities:
