  • Serve as a key liaison between product and enablement teams, translating go-to-market updates into clear, actionable enablement content
  • Ensure seamless information flow across programs to support product launches, feature adoption, and execution
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient program operations
  • Select and apply effective content formats (e.g., webinars, guides, worksheets) and learning strategies (e.g., micro-learning, peer learning)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify content opportunities and deliver materials that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Curate and maintain a centralized content library, organized by topic, audience, modality, and program
  • Research, curate, and repurpose existing content to support evolving curricula and learning pathways
  • Manage content localization and translation efforts, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cultural and regional accuracy

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, enablement, education, or copywriting (B2B or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven experience developing and delivering written and instructor-led or direct training for client-facing teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work

Must-Haves

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including experience building content strategies from scratch, defining distribution and cadence, managing approvals, and producing compelling content
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in graphic design or experience creating visually engaging content
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies
