This organization is at the forefront of shaping next-generation concepts, blending cutting-edge technology with human-centered design principles to create impactful solutions that redefine everyday experiences.

As a vital contributor to our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in transforming visionary ideas into tangible realities. Your expertise will directly influence the development of groundbreaking physical products, seamlessly integrating them with intuitive digital experiences. This is an exceptional opportunity to leave your mark on the future, working on advanced design challenges that push boundaries and captivate users globally.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of product and experience design, contributing to key projects that bridge the physical and digital realms. This position offers a unique chance to innovate, collaborate, and lead in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead concept development, translating complex insights and strategic objectives into compelling product proposals.

* Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative insights to define core value propositions and shape initial design directions.

* Develop detailed design solutions for physical touchpoints, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.

* Create interactive, low-to-medium fidelity prototypes (physical or digital renderings/models) to effectively communicate design intent, explore interactions, and facilitate early validation.

* Participate in or lead design evaluation activities, including co-creation sessions and design research, to gather feedback and iterate on proposed solutions.

* Contribute to the refinement of design proposals and assist in articulating desired user outcomes and functional needs.

* Collaborate closely with UX/Experience Designers and Design Researchers to ensure a holistic approach to product development.

* Operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking on ambiguous, front-end advanced design problems.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Senior-level experience in advanced industrial design, with a proven track record of bringing innovative concepts to life.

* Proficiency in PC environments.

* Expert-level proficiency in VRED for advanced visualization and rendering.

* Demonstrated experience with Protopie for interactive prototyping.

* Exceptional skill in translating complex insights and strategic opportunities into novel, tangible physical product concepts.

* Deep expertise in form exploration, ergonomics, and material considerations.

* Proven ability to create initial low-fidelity prototypes (physical or digital renderings/models) to communicate and evaluate design intent early in the process.

* Strong experience collaborating with UX/Experience Designers and Design Researchers.

* A comprehensive understanding of, or direct experience with, projects that integrate physical product design with digital user experiences.

* Ability to think holistically across physical and digital touchpoints of a product or service.

* Comfort working on ambiguous, front-end "advanced design" problems.

* Strategic thinker capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
