As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including fire and life alarms, equipment or process area alarms, medical calls, and suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized access and identify hazards, damage, or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and enforce visitor and contractor control measures, including checking identification, issuing temporary badges, and directing individuals to the appropriate location.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and maintenance concerns, and communicate status updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
