As a **Packaging Design Specialist**, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our product packaging is not only visually appealing but also technically perfect for production. You will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into flawless mechanicals, directly influencing the final look and feel of our products. Your meticulous work will uphold the brand's high standards and ensure a seamless journey from design to shelf.

**What You'll Do:**

* Create, build, and meticulously update packaging mechanicals across a diverse range of formats, including hangtags, jokers, woven labels, and various packaging types.

* Precisely add all necessary measurements, specifications, and annotations to every mechanical, ensuring clarity and accuracy for production.

* Guarantee that all files are fully production-ready, complete with correct sizing, bleeds, layering, and precise color callouts.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams to seamlessly implement design updates and uphold unwavering brand consistency across all packaging elements.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, demonstrated through extensive practical application.

* A solid understanding of packaging production processes, including dielines and print setup standards.

* Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
