Overview AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Director (or Senior Manager) of Workers' Compensation Claims to lead a growing team supporting California and Arizona claim operations. This leader will partner closely with Claims Leadership and Claim Managers (5-8 direct reports) to ensure claims are handled according to AmTrust Best Practices, while driving high performance, mentorship, and staff development. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong California WC experience and is excited to help shape strategy, improve processes, and grow talent in a rapidly expanding, highvisibility environment. This opportunity is hybrid out of our Scottsdale, AZ office. Our office has doubled in size over the past 6 months, and we expect to grow more throughout 2026! Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
The expected salary range for this role is $120,500-$160,000 annually Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
