As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong customer service and clear communication. You will use computer and/or tablet tools to document observations and share updates with your team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the interior, exterior, and perimeter areas to help to discourage unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and technology systems such as CCTV and alarm panels, assist with visitor check-in, and verify credentials and/or badges per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications to site contacts, and coordination with emergency services when required.
• Document and report security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written logs and/or electronic reporting systems, and communicate key updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a guard card/license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
