You will monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with site teams to help reduce incidents. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Staff the front desk post to help manage facility access by greeting and directing visitors, issuing visitor credentials, and coordinating notifications to hosts per site procedures.
  • Verify government-issued identification, confirm appointments, and support access control steps for authorized entry in accordance with established client policies.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area and report irregular activity according to post orders.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when required.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports, including visitor activity, incidents, and shift notes, using required written and/or electronic reporting tools.
  • Communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and on-site stakeholders regarding security-related concerns, requests, and daily activities.
  • Support lobby and reception area order by managing lines, deliveries, and package handling according to site procedures and privacy expectations common to financial services environments.
  • Participate in briefings, training, and policy updates to stay current on site-specific procedures and customer service expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
