Principal Software Engineering Manager to help Engage in driving innovation, connection, and community for our valued global customers.
As a
Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of engineers spanning all aspects of software engineering life cycle and a history of delivering highly available products and services with quality and on schedule. You will be hands-on and obsessed with delivering world-class experiences that are performant and built for massive scale in a 24/7 world. The day-to-day responsibilities include a blend of technical, hands-on leadership with strong people management and partnership skills.

Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
