Join the Xbox XP Developer team as a Senior Product Manager and help shape the future of creator experiences across the Xbox ecosystem, ensuring the tools we build empower creators and elevate the experiences players ultimately enjoy. In this role, you'll focus on the creator journey and publishing pipeline, reducing friction and making Xbox the most empowering platform for game development and publishing. You'll drive product strategy and execution for creator-facing tools and workflows, collaborating with engineering, design, and partner teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions that help creators succeed. Responsibilities
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and contribute to product roadmaps.
  • Work with partners directly as businessrequires, including support and requirement research and feature delivery.
  • Contribute and execute product strategy for creator-facing capabilities across Xbox.
  • Ensuretimelydelivery of features with high quality and measurable impact.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings across time zones, including late-night India hours when necessary.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing initiatives.
  • Measure success through adoption, satisfaction, and publishing efficiency improvements.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles in technology or gaming.
  • Proven success in launching B2B or developer-facing products, preferably in gaming or platform ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows, publishing pipelines, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving clarity in complex environments.
  • Experience partnering with game studios or developer communities to deliver integrated product experiences.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, or platform services.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for both creator success and player engagement.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
