Overview
In Consumer Marketing, we transform how customers discover, compare, and take action on Windows, Surface, and Copilot on the web. We are seeking a Content Strategy Lead to own the content strategy and execution for our consumer web portfolio across Windows, Surface, and Copilot journeys. This role sets the editorial direction, builds scalable operating mechanisms through an outsourced writer bench, and ensures our web experiences are clear, persuasive, on-brand, and measurable. We are looking for someone who blends editorial leadership, web content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) copy strategy, and operational rigor. You can translate business priorities into messaging frameworks and modular copy systems that perform in search and answer engines, while staying clear, on-brand, legally safe, and measurable. Writing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
