Your responsibilities include managing communications, supporting incident response, and providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and manage communications for incident response and dispatch activities within the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the deployment of security-related personnel to address incidents and requests for assistance throughout the location.
  • Document and report incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
  • Assist in the management of access control systems by monitoring alarms and security-related technology.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Support Allied Universal security-related procedures by relaying critical information to the appropriate personnel during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
