As a Security Officer - Plant Patrol in CLARKSVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production location.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or occurrences according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
