Schedule & Training * Training: Inoffice, starting at 9:00 AM EST * Operating Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST * Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8.5hour onsite schedules Compensation * Hourly Pay + Incentive Pay * Performancebased earnings opportunities What You'll Do * Deliver exceptional, onecall resolution to client inquiries * Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, or changes * Save cancellations when possible and assist with autopay setup * Update and maintain accurate documentation and inbound lead entries * Conduct followups on outstanding items to ensure full resolution * Build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to team goals What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + email) * Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment * A positive, professional attitude and genuine desire to help others * Willingness to learn, grow, and advance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
