*Role Overview* * *Start Date:* January 20, 2026 * *Location:* Phoenix, AZ 85044 * *Shift:* Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (after training) * *Work Model:* Onsite (Training and regular schedule) *Job Description (Top 3 Responsibilities)* * Contact homeowners via phone and email regarding account status, late fees, and credit reports while ensuring compliance with privacy laws. * Perform skip-tracing to locate homeowners with incorrect contact information. * Assist homeowners in financial hardship by establishing trust and creating mutually agreeable payment arrangements. *Qualifications* * 3+ years of collections experience. * Previous skip-tracing experience. * Strong knowledge of industry regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA). #prioritywest *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
