Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): 1. Is this role fully remote? Yes! You'll work from home with flexible start times between 7 AM-9 AM EST after training. 2. What does training look like? There will be mostly systems training. You are expected to already know how to underwrite. Two weeks of virtual training, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST. 3. What's the nature of the work? Post-closing underwriting, secondary market quality checks, and risk assessment. 4. Do you have any other Underwriting positions open? Yes! We currently have 50 Compliance Underwriter openings with a similar structure, pay range, and benefits. If you're interested, we can discuss those as well during our call. 5. Are there any technical requirements for remote work? Yes. All company equipment will be provided. Your computer equipment must be hardwired (Ethernet connection) for secure and stable connectivity. Wi-Fi is not permitted. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Madison Heights, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr. They are required under ACA to qualify each plan year based on hours worked and must average 30+ hours during lookback period to qualify for the next plan year.
