Emplify Health by Gundersen is hiring for a Clinician Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Clinician Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs and develop proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions. You'll leverage your creativity and expertise to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with qualified candidates ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives

  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions, trainings programs, etc.

  • Perform advanced sourcing by utilizing various online platforms and databases including job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and industry specific websites.

  • Foster and build relationships with professional organizations, colleges, and community agencies

  • Engage and foster relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, or similar fiel

  • A minimum of 3-4 years recruitment experience focused on candidate sourcing and generation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and labor market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Location: hybrid eligible with expectation to work onsite in La Crosse, WI as business needs permit.
