Job Summary

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function.

Essential Functions

  • Prepares reports and presentation materials.
  • Receives and responds to correspondence.
  • Schedules conference calls and meetings.
  • Supports and interacts with administrative staff.
  • Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience



Additional Responsibilities

Understanding Meeting Set up. Ensureing Microphones, speakers and AV equipment is all set and working. Assist Human Resouces with administrative tasks/responsiblities for: onbaording, orientation, HRIS training systems, and various udpates with coordinating communications & schedules. Assist with a myriad of tasks relative to office operations.



Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Business or related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and Written Communication Skills. Problem-Solving Skills. Business Communications. Call Screening. Document Preparation. Drafting Correspondence. Meeting Minutes. Meeting Scheduling and Logistics. Reception and Gatekeeping. Records Management. Spreadsheets. Powerpoint Prsentation Preparation for Content Organization, & Slide Design


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Pay Range (USD)

53,774-99,886

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
