Position Overview The Vice President of Loan Operations provides executive leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of loan servicing and lending operations at LISC. As a key member of the Lending leadership team, the VP ensures operational excellence, compliance integrity, and financial discipline while advancing LISC's mission to deliver equitable access to capital in historically underinvested communities. This leader will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and systems through change, driving modernization, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a highly visible, change-oriented leadership role. The VP will guide teams and systems through modernization, strengthen operational infrastructure, and build scalable processes that support portfolio growth, community impact, and organizational resilience. The VP will collaborate across departments to create an integrated approach that aligns lending operations with portfolio performance, community impact, and organizational resilience. The role partners closely across Lending, Credit, Finance, Risk, Impact, and Compliance to deliver an integrated, end-to-end loan operations function.
