Clinical Operations Director | Orthopedic Services

Location: La Crosse/Onalaska, WI (Regional Oversight)

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Orthopedic Service Line, which includes orthopedic services, sports medicine, and podiatry across La Crosse/Onalaska and the surrounding region. • Lead Strategically: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for orthopedic services that aligns with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of healthcare management experience.

  • Preference for candidates with at least 3 years in an integrated healthcare system.

  • Prior leadership experience in orthopedic or specialty services strongly desired.

• Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
