Department Overview

Electric Operationsensures the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable energy to nearly 16 million people in Northern and Central California.The Electric Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the electric grid's reliability and resiliency through the ongoing maintenance and operations of PG&E's 100,000 miles of distribution lines and over 18,000 miles of Transmission lines. Coworkers in Electric Operations actively engage in the Lean Methodology through the use of visual management in operating reviews to cross-functionally identify and solve problems, and create standard work. By working together as One Electric. One Team. We are delivering for our hometowns. Electric Operations is comprised of approximately 6,500 coworkers.

Position Summary

Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.

  • Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
  • Developing, measuring and reporting on success of the program
  • Partnering with the Marketing organization, vendors and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach appropriate customer audience at the appropriate time
  • Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
  • Partnering with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meeting with regulators.
  • Identifying stakeholders and communicate within and outside of PG&E
  • Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures
  • Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $ 122,000

Bay Area Maximum: $ 194,000

California Minimum: $116,000

California Maximum: $184,000

  • Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
  • Develops new or revises existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent

Desired:

  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
