Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating, planning, and executing Professional Standards Team projects
  • Using project management tools to monitor, capture, assign, and track action items resulting from PST meetings and other strategic initiatives
  • Administration of assurance and team trainings; Coordination with the Learning and Development team on timing, preparing agenda and coursebooks for CPE , assisting facilitators with presentations and materials
  • Developing, executing, and evaluating PST communications and data; including developing and sending email or Engage postings, developing and analyzing survey results, gathering information from various sources to provide data to PST members, and analysis of such data
  • Overseeing registrations with various quality centers and vendors, including invoicing
  • Initiating and monitoring independence processes
  • Coordinating logistics for external (peer reviews, PCAOB) and internal inspections, including data gathering, internal and external communications, and on-site support during inspections
  • Web development, responsible for creating, editing, and publishing internal Web pages
  • Content publishing, responsible for learning the firm's taxonomy, content publishing processes, and search engine functions

The qualifications.

  • High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
  • At least 5+ years' administrative operational experience within a CPA firm; strong consideration will be given to individuals who have experience in a compliance or independence area of an CPA firm and/or exposure with peer review inspections
  • Knowledge of web development and content publishing
  • At least 3 years experience with non-technical project management; including project management tools
  • Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) experience
  • Strong project manager - proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of the importance of following and/or documenting and communicating processes and controls
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Superior data entry and alpha/numeric skills
  • Ability to follow up professionally and tactfully with all levels of staff within the firm to meet deadlines

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review thposition description for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $75,000 - $95,000
