Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who will analyze, design, and implement solutions that streamline and improve business processes. This role requires a unique blend of business analysis, process improvement, and hands-on technical implementation skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage a dual-platform approach-using both BPLogix Process Director for complex, form-driven workflows and Microsoft Power Automate for rapid system integrations and task automation-to create powerful and efficient solutions. If you are skilled in business analysis, process design, or have a broad understanding of Information systems and are eager to master modern automation technologies, we want to meet you!

Job Duties:

Requirements Gathering & Multi-Tool Solution Design: Lead the effort to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into clear technical specifications, designing solutions that leverage the best-fit tool-either BPLogix Process Director for robust, auditable workflows or Power Automate for agile, connector-based automations.
  • Process Implementation & Development: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies. Implement and develop optimized solutions by building sophisticated forms and approval workflows in Process Director and creating automated flows and integrations with Power Automate to connect disparate systems and services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across Business Systems. Monitor and refine automated processes on both platforms, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance usability and drive efficiency, applying Agile and Six Sigma lean methodologies where appropriate.
  • Project & Team Facilitation: Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams, including contractors, AF/DOD personnel, and customers, to deliver business process automation projects on time. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
  • It is a condition of employment to wear company issued PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant experience.
  • Automation experience may be substituted with other relevant IT experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage and facilitate projects with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within Government, Military, or large-scale environments.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and the AEDC local area network.
  • Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with one or more workflow automation platforms, especially BPLogix Process Director and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing Agile and/or Six Sigma lean methodologies.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining personnel and customer relationships.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Active DoD security clearance or able to obtain an Active DoD security clearance.
