The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX's unparalleled content portfolio-news, sports, and entertainment-directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Vice President, Product Operations, you will lead and evolve the operational engine of FOX One, our multi-brand streaming platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic alignment, scaling executional processes, and ensuring consistent delivery across all product lines.

You'll oversee cross-functional planning, governance, and communication systems that accelerate decision-making and keep our rapidly growing product organization focused and accountable.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Executive teams to align vision, resources, and execution strategy across a complex and fast-moving ecosystem. You will be instrumental in scaling how we plan, operate, and communicate across product lifecycle stages-from roadmap to release.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve the strategic planning and operating rhythms for product organization.

  • Drive executive-level product reviews, roadmap alignment, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.

  • Design and implement scalable processes for product prioritization, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.

  • Define and institutionalize product operations best practices, workflows, and documentation standards across teams.

  • Lead operational alignment, reporting and communication with senior executives to ensure clarity of goals, progress, and dependencies for strategic theme and roadmap initiatives.

  • Manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams to streamline execution.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product operations function to support our rapid scale and growth.

  • Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, driving efficiency and rigor across all touchpoints of product development.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven leadership experience in product operations, program management, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.

  • Experience building and scaling product operations functions in fast-paced environments (e.g., media, streaming, or consumer tech).

  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and cross-functional coordination at scale.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong ability to manage up and across.

  • Strong data literacy and experience building reporting and KPI frameworks for product performance.

  • Executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, strategic narratives.

  • High comfort navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing decisions across functions and seniority levels.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Prior experience operating in a high-growth DTC subscription environment.

  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and business intelligence platforms such as Looker or Tableau.

  • Exposure to startup or scaling-stage operational challenges and frameworks.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-320,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
