1st Shift - Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $20-$24/hour based on experience
Essential Duties
* Follow test procedures and work instructions for PCBAs and electronic subassemblies
* Perform basic functional tests using automated test equipment (ATE), scripts, or manual methods
* Use commercial test instruments (multimeters, simple test fixtures)
* Perform low-level troubleshooting (e.g., identifying solder bridges, missing components, or damaged parts)
* Assist with maintaining test equipment, such as cleaning probes and verifying calibration
* Document test results, log failures, and notify senior technicians or engineering staff
* Participate as a positive, reliable team member in the manufacturing group
* Support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
* On-site attendance is essential
Requirements:
* 6-12 months of electronics or PCBA experience (school or work)
* IPC-A-610 knowledge or experience
* Ability to follow detailed test procedures and instructions
* Basic troubleshooting skills (identifying visible defects, solder issues, damaged parts)
* Experience using commercial test equipment (DMMs, basic test heads, fixtures)
* Ability to enter test results accurately
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
* Understanding of basic electronics concepts (voltage, resistance, polarity, components)
