SPA's Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 100 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, product support, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects in the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Navy's Team Submarine Office. #FC


Responsibilities

Provides general administrative support to help facilitate the overall order and day-to-day functions within SPA's 20 M St office in Washington DC 5 days per week. Functions include but are not limited to managing conference room scheduling, resetting conference rooms, ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and opening, tracking, and maintaining facility work orders.

Additional functions may include administration of group awards, maintaining group organizational charts and recall roster, assist with management of group sharepoint page, handling management expense reports, and assistance of Off-Site Security Representative administration.

Washington, DC Pay Transparency: $50,000 - $60,000.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience coordinating and deconflicting meeting schedules
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant
  • Experience with technical writing and/or developing official correspondence
