Practice Highlights: Focused Practice: Care exclusively for breast oncology patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting. Team-Based Support: Work alongside nurse navigators, social workers, dieticians, and chemo-certified infusion nurses. Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week and participate in the Breast Tumor Board every Wednesday morning. Manageable Call: Inpatient call just7 weeks per year. Research Opportunities: Engage in clinical trials and research initiatives as a member of theNew Mexico Cancer Care Alliance. Accredited Excellence: Our program is accredited by theNational Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). Streamlined Systems: SystemwideEpic EMRfor seamless care coordination. Responsibilities: In alignment with NCCN guidelines, order and oversee diagnostic testing; prescribe treatment and supportive medications; collaborate with the care team to include palliative care, psychology, social work, PT, OT, Speech, dietician, nursing, research to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Oversee care provided by Advanced Practice Clinicians, as required by provider licensure. Participate in process improvement which drives standard of care across the continuum.
