No hospital call responsibilities Share in practice call in rotation with other partners in the practice, as needed Supports mechanisms to gather and report quality measures Receives and resolves patient, staff and provider complaints Participates in quality improvement plans Works with the leadership team including the lead physician, DPO, clinic manager and program medical director on the practiceAs financial, clinical, and service quality performance Participates in the recruitment and retention of physicians, APCs and staff who work in the practice Additional Job Description: NP, PA, PhCCurrent New Mexico License required Current DEA and NM CSR required Completed training program in FNP, ACNP, PhC or PA Optional/Desired: >5 yearsA experience in pain and spine care UPDATED: 3/14/2022 We offer more than the standard benefits!
