Dedicated to family-centered Care, the Children's Center at Presbyterian encompasses both inpatient and outpatient services for specialty pediatric care. Our dedicated pediatric intensive care, pediatric inpatient unit, NICU and multispecialty clinic are all co-located at our flagship campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Responsibilities: *Completes a comprehensive health assessment including an appropriate health history (chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, family history, social history, review of systems, and pain history) and physical exam on newborns and pediatric patients in the outpatient setting. Additional Job Description: Masters Degree NM Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C License For Nurse Practitioner - Masters degree in Nursing, New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license, federal and state DEA license and AANPCB certification required. If no previous specific experience in pediatric neurology, must show a willingness to learn and interest in working to become familiar with neurologic diagnoses, specifics of anti-seizure medications, and specifics of other treatment options.
