Responsibilities This position reports to the Telerecruitment Supervisor and Manager of Telerecruitment, and is ultimately responsible for securing appointments for the fixed sites. * Performs daily telephone recruitment of past and potential blood donors--is accountable for achieving individual, department and company blood collection goals through efficient donor scheduling. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or general equivalency required. Qualifications: Must have the ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people. Must have prior sales phone experience with above average close rates. Must be on time and dependable, committed and willing to work flexible hours including weekends. Must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, a good listener, well organized and have the ability to work independently. Ideal candidate would have prior experience working in a call center environment or setting. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Some travel to blood drives and fixed sites may be required. Basic computer skills required. Schedule: Sunday through Saturday 9am to 1pm; and Monday through Thursday 4:45pm - 8:45pm The proposed rate of pay for this position is: 17.82/hr.
