Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible to build and test precision electronics assemblies. You will also be responsible for the integration, calibration, and testing of systems, accessories, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for repairing and testing items returned to the factory. This includes some evaluation/troubleshooting to a board level, soldering, part replacement, adhering parts for assembly, cleaning of parts, and some testing/calibration. This position includes trouble shooting and correcting of mechanical and electrical problems and requires skill in these areas. The individual collaborates with Manufacturing Engineers and Software Development to improve product quality and processes. The position requires the individual to actively create and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test procedures, repair procedures, etc.) to ensure product quality issues are addressed during final testing. The individual aids in determining root cause and implementing corrective actions related to product defects. The position requires on the spot trouble shooting and repair to ensure orders are shipped on time. You will work with Bruker's Engineering and Product teams to drive new product development builds and support ongoing changes to existing products. You will participate and lead teams to ensure products are built to Bruker's high standards of quality and performance.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $64,000 and $113,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
