About This Opportunity

Join a premier beauty retail leader transforming how people experience beauty and wellness. We're seeking a detail-oriented Health & Safety Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of workplace safety programs across retail and office environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills who enjoys working cross-functionally and keeping processes organized. You'll help ensure safety initiatives run smoothly by managing documentation, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

You'll work at the intersection of operations, compliance, and team support, helping create a culture where safety processes are clear, consistent, and easy to follow.

What You'll Do


Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Coordinate schedules for safety trainings, inspections, and meetings across retail and office locations.
  • Maintain and organize safety documentation, reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups related to safety initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal stakeholders.


Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for safety-related questions from store teams and office partners.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Safety, HR, Facilities, and Operations teams.
  • Assist with internal communications related to safety programs and updates.
  • Help prepare materials for training sessions and team briefings.


Program & Process Support

  • Assist with safety inspections, audits, and incident documentation.
  • Track compliance metrics and maintain dashboards or spreadsheets.
  • Support rollout of new safety programs, tools, or process improvements.
  • Help ensure records are audit-ready and aligned with company policies.


What You Bring


Must-Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented work style.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to workplace safety, OSHA, or compliance environments (even a few months is acceptable).
  • Experience supporting training coordination, audits, or compliance documentation.
  • Background in retail, facilities, HR, or operations support.
