What You'll Do Process, review, and auditLIHTC filesto ensure full compliance with program requirements Maintain accurate and organized documentation for move-ins, annual recertifications, and interim changes Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure timely and accurate file submissions Monitor eligibility, income calculations, and program guidelines Support compliance reporting and respond to audits as needed Requirements 1 year of hands-on LIHTC experience Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance processes High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Multifamily housing experience preferred Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Referral bonus potential Are you ready to try something new?
