PRIMARY FUNCTION As a Visual Designer at Yulista, you are a visual storyteller with a passion for great design and meaningful content. You bring our brand to life through graphic design, photography, and digital creative support. You create consistent, compelling visuals across platforms that reflect our values, culture, and mission. You'll design graphics, capture impactful photos, and collaborate across teams to support marketing initiatives, internal engagement, and external storytelling. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Create: Design & Digital Brand Support
Design visually compelling, on-brand materials for print, digital, presentations, signage, and social media. Develop creative assets using both Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, selecting the right tools based on the project. Create high-impact graphics for websites, social media, video projects, campaigns, and other digital platforms. Maintain visual consistency across all materials and build branded templates, tools, and asset libraries that empower others to stay on-brand. Oversee the company's business card process, ensuring consistency with brand standards and timely delivery. Support overall brand management by maintaining brand guidelines and helping teams implement them correctly across materials and communications.
Capture: Photography & Visual Storytelling
Serve as Yulista's in-house photographer, capturing events, employee features, on-site moments, and community initiatives. Edit, organize, and manage photography assets for internal and external use. Plan and execute photo and video shoots that align with brand standards and campaign goals. Use photography to elevate storytelling around culture, leadership, recruiting, and outreach.
Collaborate: Cross-Team Support & Brand Engagement
Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, and subsidiary teams to meet visual communication needs. Support internal initiatives with compelling visuals that engage, inform, and inspire employees. Create visuals for community outreach and YulistaCARES activities that showcase our impact. Support planning, promotion, and coverage of company events through creative assets, photography, and cross-functional coordination. Work closely with the marketing team to align creative work with strategic goals and timelines.

Creative & Technical Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and photography skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and photography editing tools. Experience creating graphics for web and digital campaigns; familiarity with website content workflows is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for events, photoshoots, and on-site support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, and photography.
