As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related issues that arise in the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the healthcare facility.
• Support emergency response efforts by coordinating with site staff and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
