As a Security Officer - Government Building Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence will contribute to a secure environment for all visitors and staff. This post requires driving as part of your responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities or conditions to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Assist with crowd control and/or the movement of people within the location during peak periods or special events.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as directed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a positive environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
