As a Security Officer - Retail Floor Patrol in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a bustling retail distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the area. Your role involves monitoring assigned zones, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards encountered during patrols within the retail distribution center.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns specific to the retail setting.
• Complete required reports and logs accurately and promptly after each shift or incident.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to employees and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
